This proposal seeks to allocate 180,000 $RUG tokens from the Rug DAO Treasury for acquiring 100 $RDAO tokens. These tokens will be strategically distributed among highly engaged Web 3 developers, founders, builders, and artists during the NFT Lisbon conference. The goal is to stimulate the Rug Radio DAO with fresh ideas, new perspectives, and increased engagement from industry leaders and community members.

Allocation Plan

• 60 $RDAO tokens for GM Web3 hosts, core team, and attending DAO Council representatives to distribute at the conference.

• 20 $RDAO tokens for Rug Radio head of creators to distribute to hosts interested in joining the DAO.

• 20 $RDAO tokens for Discord Head of Community to distribute to highly engaged members not currently part of the Rug DAO.

Expected Outcomes:

• Energize the Rug DAO with fresh concepts and new perspectives from industry leaders, engaged community members, and existing Rug Radio hosts.

• Promote the Rug Radio DAO across panels and live shows during the conference, boosting organic engagement.

• Attract respected members of the Web 3 space not already associated with the Rug DAO.
